This year’s event marked the first iteration under the Anuga global network, signifying a broadened international reach. Delegations from 22 countries participated in the fair, fostering connections and exploring business opportunities. The event also featured a robust academic program, comprising 168 educational activities. Organizers facilitated 1,300 business meetings, aiming to translate interest into concrete agreements. The fair’s success signals positive momentum for the food and beverage sector and its growing global interconnectedness. Future editions are expected to build on this foundation, further solidifying Alimentec’s position as a key industry event.
