An extended trade fair, “Golden Autumn 2026,” for potatoes and vegetables has been organized in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, to supply the capital’s population with domestically grown produce. The initiative aims to meet the needs of the winter and spring seasons and build up reserves. The extended trade is being held at 18 locations across the nine districts of Ulaanbaatar, starting in August. The trade points will operate until November 1st. Farmers and vegetable growers are directly selling a wide variety of products including new harvest potatoes, vegetables, fruits, and berries. The event seeks to increase the supply of food vegetables to residents.
