Hiša Franko, led by Ana Roš, maintained its three-star rating, the highest distinction. Milka restaurant, now under chef David Žefran, continues to hold two stars. Galerija Okusov is a new addition to the two-star category, elevating Slovenia’s gastronomic offerings. The guide recognizes restaurants for exceptional cuisine and dining experiences.
