The Samia Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) Programme has successfully surpassed its initial targets. This initiative aims to formalise skills that individuals have acquired outside of traditional training systems. During its first phase, which ran from June 2025 to July 2026, the programme sought to reach 14,400 beneficiaries. These targets were focused across 11 different regions. Ultimately, the programme attracted 18,008 people, marking a significant increase over the original goal. This represents a 125 percent achievement rate relative to the first-phase objective. The result demonstrates a high level of interest in professional skill certification.
