Tuyen Quang Province is embarking on an ambitious project to establish H'Mong beef as a national brand. The province boasts a herd of H'Mong cattle whose meat possesses a natural marbling similar to the renowned Wagyu beef of South Korea and Kobe beef of Japan. Currently, Tuyen Quang is collaborating with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and international experts to achieve this goal. This initiative seeks to capitalize on the unique qualities of H'Mong beef, aiming to elevate its status and recognition within Vietnam. The project focuses on developing and promoting H'Mong beef, enhancing its value proposition, and securing its position in the national market. Ultimately, the province hopes to establish H'Mong beef as a premium product synonymous with quality and distinctive flavor, benefiting local farmers and the regional economy.
