SCI Pharaon maintains it only had service contracts with Ellipse Projects as a subcontractor and did not directly contract with the state. The legal team is questioning why, despite a complaint filed against Ellipse Projects, the state continues negotiations with them for further work. They contend the ongoing legal action against Diagne and his associates amounts to an unacceptable vendetta. The lawyers believe the completion of the hospital should lead to a dismissal of all charges, citing a clear disconnect in the state’s approach to the case.
