Prolonged conflict in the Middle East has triggered global energy instability, directly impacting Indonesia through rising inflation. These economic pressures threaten the purchasing power of the poor and vulnerable populations. To mitigate these risks, the strategic optimization of zakat is proposed as a critical social safety net. By transforming zakat from traditional charity into productive empowerment, the state can better protect citizens from price volatility. This approach aims to strengthen economic resilience at the grassroots level. Ultimately, integrating religious philanthropy with social policy can alleviate the burden of global geopolitical shocks.
