Christian af Jochnick has transitioned from a career in finance, including a position at Goldman Sachs, to establish a regenerative farm named Juntos on the Spanish island of Ibiza. Located near a small village, Juntos serves as a model for small-scale, sustainable agriculture. This career shift followed a period of personal reflection concerning the purpose of wealth and life’s meaning. Jochnick’s background includes work with the Fryshuset youth center prior to his finance career. The farm represents a deliberate move towards a more environmentally conscious and fulfilling lifestyle. Juntos aims to demonstrate the viability of regenerative farming practices, focusing on ecological restoration and local food production. This project signifies a growing trend of individuals leaving traditional corporate roles to pursue alternative, purpose-driven ventures.
