Mongolia’s annual Human Resources (HR) Day will be held on October 15th at the Corporate Convention Center and the Trade and Industrial Palace. The “HR Day” event aims to facilitate the sharing of best practices and discussion of solutions among companies. Recent surveys conducted by TsoilogsoZ reveal a concerning trend of declining trust among Mongolian citizens, particularly a decrease in faith in the future and in each other. These findings highlight the need for collaborative development involving the private sector, international organizations, government agencies, and youth. Organizers are categorizing companies by size – 50-250 employees, and 250+ employees – to tailor discussions and consolidate feedback. Students and regional participants will benefit from discounted access, and the event aims to promote employee retention, development, and effective talent acquisition. The research also indicates Mongolian youth view global changes as opportunities, emphasizing the importance of continuous learning and practical work experience.
