Orang Laut SG is opening its first pop-up cafe, Terumbu, at Chef X in Clarke Quay Central, Singapore, from October 23rd to December 26th. The cafe will specialize in Southern Islander dishes, offering a taste of the community’s rich culinary traditions. Featured on the menu will be traditional recipes, including bubur lambuk tenggiri.
