The Cream company, owner of the fire-damaged high-rise building in Zlín’s former Baťa industrial area, will hand over the site to demolition firm Build Synergy on Wednesday, August 5th. Build Synergy is contracted to demolish the main structure within 25 working days. The demolition will primarily utilize a demolition excavator equipped with hydraulic shears to dismantle the building from the top down. The building, which previously served as Cream's headquarters, was severely damaged by fire. This marks a significant step towards clearing the site. The demolition process aims for controlled dismantling of the compromised structure.
