Despite not all district results being finalized, ANO, which secured victory, along with Zlín 21 (finishing third) and ODS (finishing fifth), reached an agreement on the framework for governing the city of Zlín. The discussions centered around outlining the structure of their potential coalition. The parties have agreed upon the basic plan for leading the regional city.
