A young man, identified as 32-year-old Piarul Sardar, was shot and killed by unidentified assailants in Rajbari, Bangladesh on Friday evening. The incident occurred around 7:30 PM near a shop located close to the Sadalakanda Madhyapara Mosque in the city of Rajbari. Piarul Sardar was a resident of Boromuraripur village, Ramkantapur Union, Rajbari Sadar Upazila, and the son of Harun Sardar. Police report that Sardar had a criminal record, facing thirteen cases filed at the Sadar Thana related to weapons, murder, and drugs. Investigations are ongoing to determine the motive behind the shooting and apprehend those responsible. This incident has brought a sense of unease to the Sadalakanda area of Rajbari.
