Expansion work on the Yaoundé North access road, between Olembé and the Obala interchange, is advancing steadily. Crews from Arab Contractors are actively engaged in paving and drainage improvements along the route. This project aims to improve traffic flow and reduce congestion on a key transportation artery for Yaoundé. The expansion will provide a safer and more efficient route for commuters and goods transport. Progress is being made on both road surfacing and drainage systems, vital for mitigating flooding during the rainy season. The upgraded infrastructure is expected to significantly contribute to the economic development of the region by facilitating trade and connectivity. Continued construction is anticipated to minimize disruptions while maximizing project completion.
