The Vietnam sepak takraw team has achieved a remarkable feat, securing a double gold medal win at the ASIAD 20 games. This victory echoes a previous success from 20 years ago at the ASIAD 15 games held in Doha, Qatar, in 2006. The double gold represents a significant milestone for Vietnamese sepak takraw, demonstrating the nation’s continued strength in the sport. This accomplishment has resonated throughout Vietnam, sparking national pride. The team’s performance in ASIAD 20 marks a return to championship form after a two-decade wait.
