Hanoi police have identified YouTuber Phạm Tuấn as the ringleader of a group producing and distributing violent online content. The group created videos depicting school violence and gang activity, aiming to attract views and generate illicit profits. Investigations reveal Phạm Tuấn spearheaded the operation, which involved creating and disseminating harmful content online. Authorities estimate the group illegally gained approximately 500 million Vietnamese Dong (roughly $20,000 USD). Ten suspects are currently implicated in the case, with Phạm Tuấn considered the primary perpetrator. The investigation focuses on the group’s exploitation of online platforms for financial gain through disturbing content. This case highlights growing concerns regarding online violence and cybercrime in Vietnam.
