A new bilingual publication showcases 25 sets of traditional Vietnamese ‘Tứ bình’ paintings. These paintings depict four recurring themes: the Four Seasons, Elegant Women, the People, and the Eight Immortals. The publication includes English translations, aiming to introduce this art form to an international audience. ‘Tứ bình’ paintings are a significant part of Vietnamese cultural heritage, often featuring symbolic representations of prosperity and good fortune. The project intends to promote Vietnamese art and culture on a global scale through accessible language. The release of this book facilitates a deeper understanding and appreciation of these classic Vietnamese artworks beyond national borders. It represents an effort to preserve and share Vietnam’s artistic traditions.
