Vietnam’s Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) has finalized and submitted a proposal for computer-based national high school graduation exams to relevant authorities for review and approval. The plan outlines a ten-year implementation period, spanning from 2026 to 2036. This initiative marks a significant shift from traditional paper-based testing towards a more modern, digitally integrated assessment system. The proposal aims to improve the efficiency and security of the exam process, while also enhancing the development of students' digital literacy skills. If approved, the transition will require substantial investment in infrastructure and teacher training.
