A joint initiative between Vietnam and Laos has begun construction on five homes for families in need. The project, named “Vietnam-Laos Borderland Affection,” will benefit vulnerable households in Quảng Trị province, Vietnam, and Savannakhet province, Laos. Local authorities from both countries officially launched the construction effort, signifying a collaborative approach to addressing social challenges. The homes are intended to improve living conditions for residents in border regions. This initiative underscores the strong relationship and mutual support between Vietnam and Laos. The project represents a tangible expression of goodwill and aims to strengthen community bonds along the shared border. Funding and resources were jointly allocated to ensure the successful completion of the housing project.
