Following a building collapse in Chacao, Venezuela, civil protection officials recovered personal documents from the rubble of the Petunia and Obelisco buildings. These salvaged items—including property titles, birth certificates, identification cards, and photographs—were handed over to the Chacao Social Development and Support office. Nearly 300 volunteers organized, cleaned, and categorized the recovered documents to facilitate their return to survivors and families of victims.
