Venezuelan bank Bancamiga has partnered with the Sacred Museum and the Archdiocesan Archive in Caracas to support the preservation of significant religious and historical artifacts. The collaboration aims to conserve, restore, and promote Venezuela’s cultural heritage, specifically within the city’s historic center. According to Archdiocesan Archive Director and Sacred Museum President, Father Gaspere Salerno, the partnership is mutually beneficial, allowing Bancamiga to support the arts and culture while ensuring the protection of vital religious patrimony. The archive houses important historical documents, and the museum displays religious art and artifacts. This initiative is considered crucial for both the Catholic Church and the nation as a whole. The project will focus on the ongoing maintenance and restoration efforts needed to safeguard these cultural treasures for future generations.
