Police in Utrecht are investigating two separate assaults on women that occurred early Friday morning. The incidents took place between 2:00 and 2:30 AM on Potgieterstraat and Leidseveer. Authorities have released a description of the suspect, believed to be between 20 and 40 years old, approximately 5’7” to 5’11” with a slim build and light skin tone. He was last seen wearing a grey hooded jacket or vest with black shoulder detailing and dark trousers. Distinctive features include a wide head, slightly crooked teeth, and a noticeable gait with long strides. Police are requesting the public’s assistance, particularly seeking additional surveillance footage from doorbells, security cameras, and dashcams, and are accepting anonymous tips.
