Utility relocation work is set to commence this month at the underground stations of Kamalapur, Rajarbagh, Malibag, and Rampura as part of the Airport-Kamalapur Metro Rail project. The work falls under contract package-3 of the Dhaka Mass Rapid Transit Development Project (MRT Line-1). Project Director মো. সারওয়ার উদ্দিন খান informed the Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha (BSS) about this development. He stated that further work related to contract package-4 will focus on Notunbazar. This relocation is a crucial step in the advancement of the metro rail system in Dhaka. The project aims to improve transportation infrastructure and ease congestion in the city. The completion of these stations will significantly enhance connectivity across Dhaka.
