Mongolia’s capital city will see a busy day of governmental and parliamentary activity. The State Palace is currently hosting a regular cabinet meeting. Throughout the day, parliamentary standing committees will also be in session, culminating in a spring session of the State Great Hural (parliament) at 2:00 PM. Simultaneously, the Ulaanbaatar City Council will hold an extraordinary meeting at the Hangard Palace to discuss revisions to the 2026 city budget. A swearing-in ceremony for new recruits will take place at the National Garden, and an e-document lottery will be held online. Later, a press conference will be held regarding a documentary film covering the 2024 parliamentary elections.
