Ulaanbaatar city has appointed E. Enkhtor as the new director of the State-Owned Enterprise for Housing and Public Utilities Management (ОНӨААТҮГ). This follows the recent appointment of Ch. Mendbayar as the city’s chief manager. Enkhtor previously served as a representative in the City Council (NITKh) and officially assumed his new role on June 9, 2024, via a mayoral decree. He brings extensive experience to the position, having previously worked as an aide and advisor in the Mongolian Parliament, a representative in the Bayangol district Council, and as director of the Asgat Housing and Public Utilities Enterprise. Enkhtor was elected as a City Council representative in 2024. His educational background includes degrees from the National University of Mongolia, the University of International Economics and Business, the Academy of Management, the National Defense University, and the Agricultural University.
