Ukrainian drone strikes across multiple Russian regions over the weekend resulted in at least 10 confirmed deaths and marked the first attack on a major Ozon warehouse. The strikes occurred following a previous attack on a shopping center in central Ukraine that killed 16 and injured over 130. Samara region officials reported one fatality at an industrial facility in Novokuybyshevsk, with Ukraine confirming it targeted a local oil refinery. A logistics center belonging to Ozon in Chapayevsk was also hit, suspending operations, after Ukrainian forces previously focused attacks on competitor Wildberries. Several other regions, including Krasnodar, Belgorod, and Bryansk, reported casualties from the strikes, as did occupied territories like Crimea and Luhansk. Russia’s defense ministry claims to have intercepted 457 Ukrainian drones.
