Simultaneously, the governor of Russia’s Belgorod region, Aleksandr Shuvayev, stated that Ukrainian shelling of Belgorod resulted in at least two deaths, marking a reciprocal escalation of violence. These incidents highlight the continued and intensifying conflict between the two nations and the impact on civilian infrastructure.
