Ukrainian forces have reportedly destroyed 36 Russian thermobaric multi-launch rocket systems. Of these, 27 were completely incinerated during combat operations. Notably, Russia is now delivering replacement launchers in an unusual manner – encased within welded steel shells. These shells appear to be repurposed T-72 tank hulls, offering increased protection during transport and deployment. This tactic suggests Russia is attempting to mitigate further losses from Ukrainian strikes. The use of steel boxes indicates a recognition of the threat posed by Ukrainian firepower and a need to safeguard valuable military assets. This development highlights the evolving nature of the conflict and Russia's adaptation to battlefield challenges.
