Ukraine’s Security Service (SBU) announced a successful attack on the Tamanneftegas oil and gas terminal located in southern Russia, near the Kerch Strait. The facility handles the transshipment of oil products. The SBU did not disclose details regarding the method of the attack, only confirming its success. Russian officials have not yet officially commented on the reported strike. The Kerch Strait is a strategically important waterway between Russia and Crimea, annexed by Russia in 2014. This attack represents a further escalation of Ukraine’s efforts to disrupt Russian logistics and energy infrastructure during the ongoing conflict. The incident occurred in the Krasnodar region.
