Ukraine’s new government has appointed interim ministers of foreign affairs and defense. Andriy Sybiha will continue to serve as Foreign Minister, having previously held the position. The new Minister of Defense is Yevhen Chmara, formerly the acting head of the SBU’s civilian counterintelligence. This appointment follows the dismissal of Mykhailo Fedorov from the defense ministry.
