Serena Abigail Makumbi, the reigning Little Miss Uganda and first runner-up in the Little Miss Africa competition, has founded Serena’s Children Foundation (SCF). The organization will focus on identifying and fostering talents in children. Makumbi, a 12-year-old student at Taibah International School, announced the launch of the non-governmental charity last week.
