Minister of Family and Social Services Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş announced the results of a new monitoring initiative. Since the establishment of the Monitoring Unit last year, authorities have identified 30,296 "vulnerable households." This data-driven approach allows the government to pinpoint families in need of urgent support. The identified households have been shared with 920 social assistance and solidarity foundations. These foundations are responsible for coordinating and delivering necessary aid. The initiative aims to streamline the distribution of social services. By utilizing the Monitoring Unit, the ministry seeks to ensure no vulnerable family is overlooked.
