Transport Development Bank (TDB) has released its financial report for the first half of 2026, demonstrating significant growth and stability. Deposits increased by 73% year-on-year, reaching 1.4 trillion MNT, while total assets rose by 72% to 2.2 trillion MNT. The bank achieved a profit of 5.3 billion MNT, maintaining efficient asset yield and expense management. TDB surpassed regulatory requirements for financial ratios, with a liquidity ratio of 39.8% and a capital adequacy ratio of 18.3%, exceeding the benchmark by 6.3%. Notably, TDB was again recognized as one of Mongolia’s “TOP-100” companies. The bank also successfully launched a “Certified Private Banker” program in collaboration with BFA and EFPA, and commenced acting as the lead underwriter for the "Export Route-II" bond to support infrastructure projects, while implementing a new eKYC system for enhanced digital services.
