The annual Khuree Tsam-Danshig Naadam festival will take place this Saturday and Sunday, June 27th and 28th, at Khui Doloon Khudag. Rooted in the worship of Ochirvaani Buddha and Chinggis Khan, the festival begins at 10:00 AM each day. The two-day event will feature traditional Mongolian sports including wrestling, horse racing, archery, and ankle bone shooting, alongside a competition showcasing the artistry of Buddhist monks. A trade show will also highlight the work of local artisans and manufacturers. Free public transportation, with 16 buses operating on designated routes, will be provided to Khui Doloon Khudag throughout the festival weekend. The festival program is available in both Mongolian and English.
