The bank expresses gratitude to its customers for their understanding during the upgrade period. Key changes include the updated TDB app, formerly TDB Online, which customers are advised to download to prevent fraud. Enhanced security features have been implemented with HID Approve, a two-factor authentication system, to improve the safety of personal information and transactions. Additionally, customer account numbers have been updated to a 10-digit format, though old account numbers remain valid for continued use.
