Prosecutors have filed charges against three individuals following the death of a 37-year-old man from Łomży. The victim was allegedly abandoned by his acquaintances along the S61 route during winter. According to the indictment, the man was left without a jacket or a telephone. Two men and one woman now face charges for endangering the victim and failing to provide necessary assistance. The body of the man, identified as Michał P., was discovered a week after he disappeared. The case is now proceeding to court to determine the legal responsibility of the accused.
