Two criminal organizations dealing drugs have been uncovered in the northern Athens suburbs of Ekali, Drosia, Dionysos, Nea Erythraia, and Thrakomakedones. The first group, operating with a clear hierarchical structure including a leader and deputies, reportedly used violence to collect debts, as evidenced by video footage. Specifically, members assaulted two individuals who owed them money. The second organization focused its drug trafficking activities in Thrakomakedones. Authorities have not yet released details regarding arrests or the types of narcotics involved, but investigations are ongoing into both groups and their operations. This highlights a concerning trend of youth involvement in organized crime within the Attica region. Further details are expected as the investigation progresses.
