A 16-year-old boy was seriously injured after falling from a height while rappelling in the Keshet Cave area of Galilee. Emergency medical services were alerted and a rescue helicopter was dispatched to the scene due to the challenging location. Paramedics arriving at the site found the teenager unconscious. The circumstances leading to the fall are currently under investigation. He is receiving medical treatment, and his condition is critical. Authorities are working to safely extract him for further care at a hospital.
