Police in Rajshahi, Bangladesh, have apprehended a 14-year-old boy in connection with the murder of 11-year-old Adib Ahnaf. The suspect reportedly confessed to the crime in a court statement on Monday, citing anger over the victim revealing a romantic relationship. According to the confession, the boy killed Adib due to the exposure of their alleged affection for each other. The incident occurred in the Bil Dharmapur village of Karnahar police station. The Rajshahi Metropolitan Police’s Detective Branch (DB) is handling the investigation and has taken the teenager into custody.
