The Thailand Creative & Design Center (TCDC) Ubon Ratchathani officially launched on August 15th, establishing a new creative hub in the northeastern Thai city. Developed through collaboration between the Creative Economy Agency (CEA), Ubon Ratchathani Municipality, and Ubon Ratchathani University, the center seeks to integrate local culture with creativity and business opportunities. The initiative is designed to boost creative tourism and economic growth in the region. The opening was underscored by the theme “Pheung Kor,” signifying a commitment to local identity. TCDC Ubon Ratchathani will serve as a vital connection point for local artisans, designers, and entrepreneurs. This undertaking reflects a broader effort to decentralize creative resources within Thailand and stimulate regional economies.
