Over 5,300 Tanzanian young people and entrepreneurs have gained vital skills through Airtel’s Fursa Lab program. The initiative provides training in digital literacy, entrepreneurship, and crucial e-waste management practices. These skills are designed to foster job creation and encourage innovation within the country. Beneficiaries are receiving guidance from four strategically located innovation centers across Tanzania.
