The Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) and Zanzibar Revenue Authority (ZRA) have reported exceeding their revenue collection goals for the first quarter of the 2026/27 financial year. The TRA achieved a performance of 107.49 percent, collecting 10.65tri/- against a target of 9.91tri/-. Simultaneously, the ZRA surpassed its target, mobilizing 353.31bn/- in revenue.
