The Tallinn Fringe Festival is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a month-long program featuring comedy, circus, dance, and cabaret. The festival began a decade ago with only eight performers and no financial support, but has grown significantly over the years. This year’s festival boasts 160 performances across Estonia’s capital city. Celebrations kick off with a free public preview in Town Hall Square on August 12th from 3pm, offering a glimpse of the full programme and a chance to meet the artists. The preview will include short performances and light refreshments. The festival’s growth demonstrates the increasing vibrancy of the performing arts scene in Tallinn.
