Amnesty International has accused the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) of committing crimes against humanity and ethnic cleansing in El Fasher, Sudan. The report details a systemic campaign against civilians, including murder, torture, rape, and sexual slavery. These atrocities, according to Amnesty, constitute widespread and systematic attacks targeting the civilian population. The human rights organisation alleges these actions amount to crimes against humanity, carried out during the RSF's efforts to capture El Fasher. The findings highlight severe human rights violations perpetrated by the paramilitary group during the conflict. The released report calls for accountability for those responsible for these alleged crimes.
