A dispute is escalating at the Faculty of Economics at VŠE between students and the faculty leadership. Authors of the student magazine *iList* claim they are facing intimidation and restrictions on free speech on campus. The conflict stems from an article published by *iList* concerning the resignation of an associate dean. As a result of the article, the faculty leadership has issued a pre-litigation notice. Leadership alleges the article contains numerous unsubstantiated claims, prompting the legal challenge. Students maintain they were simply reporting on a matter of public interest, while the faculty views the reporting as defamatory.
