Inmark Asset Management, an independent Korean asset management company, is partnering with Digital Edge, an Asia-Pacific data center operator, to jointly develop a 90MVA data center in Ansan, Gyeonggi Province. The project will be located in the Siwa National Industrial Complex. Details regarding the financial investment and specific construction timeline were not immediately disclosed. This collaboration aims to address the growing demand for data center infrastructure in the region. Digital Edge currently operates data centers in key Asian cities including Tokyo, Osaka, and Jakarta. Inmark Asset Management anticipates significant growth in the data center market and views this partnership as a strategic move to capitalize on emerging opportunities. The new facility is expected to contribute to the expansion of digital infrastructure in South Korea.
