He stated the claims, widely shared on social media, are entirely baseless and lack any factual support. The denial comes after publications suggested a political deal had been struck between Mbodji and the President. Mbodji, seen as an ally of National Assembly President Ousmane Sonko, emphasized no such negotiations occurred and urged the public to disregard unverified information. He firmly rejects the allegations and reaffirms his commitment to his existing political alignment.
