Emergency services in the Czech Republic responded to two separate incidents on Sunday. In the afternoon, a small plane crashed in Hosín, Českokrumlovsko, but the crew escaped without serious injuries. Earlier in the day, rescue teams were dispatched to Jindřichův Hradec following a parachutist’s fall. The parachutist was subsequently transported to a hospital for treatment. Both incidents required the coordinated efforts of both rescuers and police officers. Authorities are investigating the cause of both the plane crash and the parachuting accident. Further details regarding the conditions of those involved have not yet been released.
