The seller is Croatian investment firm Provectus Capital Partners. This acquisition makes Advance Capital Partners a co-owner of Adria Dental Group, a major dental services provider in the region. Adria Dental Group currently operates a network of 12 clinics. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
