Six Ukrainian children, ranging in age from 10 to 17, have been successfully brought back to safety in Ukrainian-controlled territory. The rescue operation was carried out with the assistance of the non-governmental organization, Save Ukraine. The children were previously located in the Russian-occupied Kherson Oblast, a region facing significant challenges since the start of the full-scale invasion. Details surrounding the children's initial circumstances in the occupied territory remain limited but suggest a vulnerable situation. This operation represents a critical effort to protect Ukrainian children impacted by the ongoing conflict. Save Ukraine continues to work on reuniting these children with their families and providing them with necessary support. The successful return highlights the ongoing challenges and the importance of humanitarian work in conflict zones.
